Cline with idapt

Flip Cline's OpenRouter provider to idapt's base URL and every catalog model works in VS Code.

   Point it at idapt

   Cline > Settings > Providers
   API Provider:          OpenRouter
   OpenRouter API Key:    <IDAPT_API_KEY>
   [x] Use custom base URL
   Base URL:              https://idapt.app/api/openrouter/v1
   Model:                 anthropic/claude-sonnet-5

   The Base URL field only appears once the checkbox is on. Model ids follow the catalog's author/model format.
