Everyday models keep running on your one-time welcome credit until it is spent. Then add credits, bring your own API keys, or run Local AI free. And failed runs aren't billed: a reply that fails before producing anything costs $0.

Yes. Every new account gets $0.50 of free credits, no card required. It covers chat on everyday models plus images, audio, and cheap cloud-computer compute. Your first credit top-up unlocks every model. Local AI on your own computer is free.

Yes. Pro and Max bill yearly ($2,400 Pro, $17,988 Max) and renew annually. An annual plan adds bonus credits at purchase and every renewal ($400 Pro, $3,000 Max) plus a founder onboarding session. After the 14-day money-back window, an annual refund is prorated.

Cloud computers bill credits per second at the size's hourly price, shown before you create one. When your balance empties the computer pauses, containers kept safe until you top up. Free accounts run the smallest computer inside a 60-minute session cap. GPU computers bill credits too — no plan required.

Yes. Local AI runs open models on your own computer via Ollama: 1,000 requests per month free, unlimited on paid plans.

Yes. A team shares one subscription: pick Pro or Max and every workspace the team owns bills to it, with central billing and invoices. Concurrency, notes, storage, computers and automations are pooled across the whole team. Enterprise adds custom contracts from $4,900/mo.

Unspent paid credits are refundable on request, any time. A subscription is refundable in full within 14 days of its first charge; an annual plan prorates after that; consumed usage is not refundable.
