Pi with idapt

Override the openrouter provider's baseUrl in models.json and pi's whole catalog routes through idapt.

   Overriding only baseUrl keeps the provider's bundled model list. The $NAME form reads the variable from the environment at load time. models.json lives in the agent directory pi documents under configuration; /model then lists the full catalog.
