Action runs and deliveries

Every time an Action fires it produces a run, and every time something tries to start one it produces a delivery. The two lists answer different questions: the runs say what the agent did, and the deliveries say what reached it.
A run is not a log line. It is a real chat with the agent, so you can open it and read the transcript, the tools it called and what it cost, exactly as you would for a chat you started yourself.
The run list shows each attempt with its status, what started it and how many attempts it took. The arrow on a row opens the chat that run produced.
A delivery is one thing that tried to start the Action: a schedule tick, an event such as a note being created or a file being uploaded, a completed run of another Action, or a webhook request. The panel lists them in order and says what each one did.
A delivery that was skipped or that failed can be replayed. Replaying starts a run from the same payload, so you do not have to reproduce the event. A delivery that is already being handled cannot be replayed at the same time, and the panel says so rather than starting a second run.
An Action never queues a second run behind one that is still going. The second delivery is recorded as skipped, with the reason, so a quiet Action stays distinguishable from a broken one.
A skip is a real record, not silence. If you expected a run and see a skipped delivery instead, the Action was still working when the trigger arrived.
Archiving stops the Action from firing and removes it from the Active list. It is not a delete: the run history and the deliveries stay, and the Action can be restored from the Archived filter whenever you want it back.
