- Create an API key in Account, then Extras, then API keys.
- The key ends with a datacentre suffix such as -us14. That suffix IS your API host.

Worth knowing
- The host is derived from the KEY SUFFIX. Using the wrong datacentre 401s with a misleading message.
- Member ids are the MD5 of the lowercased email address, not a normal id.
