The Knowledge Base is a shared space. Teammates can write the same note at the same time, and your agents can read and write notes right alongside them 👥
Open a note that someone else is editing and you both work in it live. Each person's changes appear as they type, the way a shared document does, so two people can draft different sections at once without overwriting each other.
The Knowledge Base belongs to a workspace, so the people who can open and edit its notes are the workspace's members. Add someone to the workspace to give them access. See Members and roles.
Notes are not just for people. Your agents can read and write the workspace Knowledge Base, so you can ask one to draft a note, keep a running log, or fill in a section, and pick up exactly where it left off. See Agents.
