As the Knowledge Base fills up, Knowledge helps you find your way back. Search every note in the workspace, jump to any note from anywhere, and recover the ones you deleted π
Search looks through every note in the workspace at once. Type a few words and it finds the notes that match, so you can land on the right note even when you do not remember its title or its folder.
Press Cmd+Kanywhere in idapt to open the command palette, which finds notes alongside your chats, files, and more. It is the fastest way to reach a note without opening the Knowledge tab first. See Search and shortcuts.
Notes and folders go to a shared trash when you delete them, so a mistake is easy to undo. Open the trash, find the item, and restore it.
Trashed notes are purged for good 30 days after you delete them. Restore anything you want to keep before then.
