Your profile is how you appear across idapt, in shares, comments, and workspace member lists 👤
Change your display name in Settings → Profile. Changes save automatically and refresh everywhere your identity shows up: chat mentions, comments, workspace members, and shared resources.
Your username identifies you when teammates invite you to a workspace or share something with you. It must be unique, 3 to 30 characters, and use only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, starting with a letter.
You can change your username once per day. Your old username stays reserved, so nobody else can claim it.
Click your avatar in Settings → Profile to replace it. Upload a JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF up to 10 MB. idapt resizes it to 400 by 400 pixels, so square images look best. You can also pick an emoji icon instead of an image.
Other people you work with can see your display name and avatar in shared resources, comments, and workspace member lists. Your email, chats, files, and other private resources are never shown to anyone outside your workspaces.
