Generate journaling prompts that go somewhere

Mode variety is the engine: specific-recall grounds, pattern-hunt extracts, reframe unsticks, forward converts insight into motion, and rotating them prevents the rumination loop that gives journaling its mixed reputation. Follow-ups for generic first answers push past the diary's small talk.

The prompt
Generate journaling prompts for me.

Current theme or season of life: {{theme}}
What journaling usually does or fails to do for me: {{history}}

Produce:
1. Twelve prompts in four modes, 3 each, labeled:
   - Specific-recall: anchored to concrete recent moments ("what did you almost say in yesterday's meeting?"), because specificity beats rumination.
   - Pattern-hunt: questions that compare across time ("what has drained you all three times it happened this month?").
   - Reframe: the same situation through another lens (your future self, a kind outsider, the other person in the room).
   - Forward: small-commitment questions that end sessions pointed somewhere ("what would make tomorrow 5 percent lighter, and when will you do it?").
2. Per prompt: the follow-up question for when the first answer comes out generic, because first answers usually do.
3. The anti-rumination guard: how to notice when writing has become the same loop for the third day, and the mode to switch to when it has (usually specific-recall or forward).
4. A 10-minute session structure using one prompt from each mode.

Ban prompts that invite performance ("what are you grateful for" answered for an imaginary audience); everything must be answerable only by me, truthfully, in ink.
