Run a weekly review that changes next week

Pattern questions ('what should I have declined') produce behavior change where inventory questions produce lists, and the zombie-task kill-or-commit rule is the only reliable cure for task-list rot. Pre-decided trade-offs make next week's collisions cheap because the decision already happened.

The prompt
Build my weekly review.

My roles and current priorities: {{context}}
Time I will really give this: {{timebox}}

Produce a review script sized to the timebox:
1. The look-back (a third of the time): 3 questions maximum, aimed at patterns, not inventory ("what did I say yes to that I should have declined?", "where did the plan and the week diverge, and was the plan or the week wrong?"). Include one question about energy, not just output.
2. The sweep (a third): the mechanical part as a checklist: calendar next 2 weeks for landmines, task list for zombies (mark anything untouched 3 weeks as kill-or-commit), one inbox pass, and the notes pile filed.
3. The look-forward (a third): pick the week's ONE priority per role (mine come from my context), name the day-and-block each gets, and the pre-decided trade-off ("if the client work overruns, the blog slips, not the workout").
4. The 3-line log entry format this produces, so reviews accumulate into a record I can scan quarterly.

Rule: every question must be answerable from my actual week, not from aspiration; cut anything that invites journaling-as-performance.
