Every payment you make on idapt produces an invoice. Here is where to find them, how tax is applied, and when a purchase can be refunded ๐งพ
Your invoices and receipts, for both subscription renewals and credit top-ups, live on the /credits page alongside your payment methods and billing address. Each invoice itemizes what you paid, including any service fee and tax.
On the /credits page you can set your billing address and, if you are buying for a business, add your business tax id. Adding a valid tax id where it applies means idapt can issue the invoice correctly for your region.
Tax is calculated for your billing location and shown as a separate line on the invoice. On a credit top-up, tax applies to both the credit amount and the 12.5% service fee. See Credits and auto top-up for how the fee works.
When you buy credits, you are asking to use them right away, so the checkout asks you to agree that the purchase starts immediately. Once you have started spending a top-up it is generally not refundable.
One exception: if your subscription ends with credits still in your balance, the remainder is preserved and locked until you resubscribe, and you can request a refund of that remaining balance instead. Contact support to claim it. See Credits and auto top-up.
Refund questions, billing errors, and anything unusual on an invoice go to support at [email protected]. Include the invoice from your /credits page so it can be found quickly.
