Manage your subscription

A subscription gives you included usage each week, every model, and higher limits. You can subscribe, switch plans, or cancel any time from one page 💳

Choose a plan

The plans are

Pro and Max, each with more included weekly usage and higher storage and feature limits than the one below it, plus Enterprise for contract billing. One plan covers a whole team, with no price per person. See Team billing.

To see what each plan includes and how the included usage works, see Plans, allowances, and credits.

Subscribe

  1. Open Credits from the account menu, or go to /credits

  2. Choose the plan you want and continue to checkout

  3. Enter your payment details. Your plan starts as soon as the payment clears.

Pro includes a 7-day free trial, applied automatically the first time you subscribe to it. The checkout shows $0 today and the date of the first charge. See Your free trial.

Subscribing also unlocks Usage Credits: on a plan you can fund a prepaid balance for usage beyond your included allowance, and any balance left locked by an earlier subscription becomes spendable again. See Credits and auto top-up.

Upgrade or downgrade

You can change plans whenever you like. An upgrade takes effect right away, and you get the higher plan's limits from that moment. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.

When you change plans mid-period, idapt prorates the charge so you pay only for what you use of each plan.

Cancel or resume

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep your included usage and higher limits until then. After that your account falls back to the free tier.

Cancelling during a free trial works the same way and costs nothing: you keep full access until the trial's original end date and your card is never charged. See Your free trial.

Any remaining Credit balance is preserved but locked while you have no plan: it becomes spendable again when you resubscribe, or you can request a refund of the remainder. Auto top-up also turns itself off when the plan ends. See Credits and auto top-up.

Changed your mind before the period ends? Resume the subscription from the same page and nothing lapses.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment does not go through, idapt retries it and lets you know so you can update your card. Keep a valid payment method on file to avoid an interruption. Your invoices and payment methods live on the /credits page. See Invoices, taxes, and refunds.
