A subscription raises your limits and unlocks paid features. You can subscribe, switch plans, or cancel any time from one page 💳
The plans are Pro and Max, each with more concurrency, more computers, more seats and more storage than the one below it, plus Enterprise for contract billing. One plan covers a whole team, with no price per person. See Team billing.

Open Billing from the account menu, or go to /app/billing
Choose the plan you want and continue to checkout
Enter your payment details. Your plan starts as soon as the payment clears.
Subscribing charges the card immediately: the first payment IS the subscription. See The free first month and refunds.
Credits are buyable by any account: fund a prepaid balance and every model, tool and computer bills against it. See Credits and auto top-up.
You can change plans whenever you like. An upgrade takes effect right away, and you get the higher plan's limits from that moment. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then.
When you change plans mid-period, idapt prorates the charge so you pay only for what you use of each plan.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, so you keep your higher limits and unlocked features until then. After that your account is on the free tier, and usage bills your balance as always.
If the plan isn't right for you, the first charge is refundable in full within 14 days (see The free first month and refunds.
Any remaining Credit balance is preserved and stays spendable with or without a plan, and you can request a refund of the remainder. See Credits and auto top-up.
Changed your mind before the period ends? Resume the subscription from the same page and nothing lapses.
If a renewal payment does not go through, idapt retries it and lets you know so you can update your card. Keep a valid payment method on file to avoid an interruption. Your invoices and payment methods live on the /app/billing page. See Invoices, taxes, and refunds.
