A rep needs to see how a deal moves them toward the next accelerator, and that visibility is most of why this exists: the plan is supposed to change behaviour, and it cannot if nobody can compute it. Handle the edges properly: attainment crossing a tier mid-deal, a clawback, a split, and a deal that lands in a different quarter than it closed. Add a scenario view showing what several attainment levels pay, so the shape of the plan is visible rather than described. One self-contained HTML file. Nothing typed into it should leave the browser.
