Keep it under a screen. The value of a briefing is inversely proportional to
its length, and the second one nobody finishes is the last one anybody reads.

Structure: what needs a decision today, what changed since yesterday, then
anything genuinely new on the topics. Skip a section entirely when it is empty;
do not write "nothing to report" three times.

Every claim carries its link. Send nothing on a day with nothing worth sending,
and say up front that it works that way so the silence reads as designed.
