Translate the captions of {{ video }} into {{ language }}.
Keep the ORIGINAL timings. Translation changes line length, so re-flow the text
inside each existing cue rather than re-timing: a translated caption that drifts
off its speaker is worse than a slightly cramped one.
Where the translation genuinely will not fit a cue at a readable rate (~17
characters/second), split the cue rather than shrinking the font. Deliver the
new `.srt` and keep the original alongside it.
## Delivery
Write the finished artifact into Drive. Never upload a user's content to a
third-party file host (`0x0.st`, `catbox.moe`, `transfer.sh`, pastebins, any
off-idapt URL) — on a computer, render to `/tmp/output/` and `computer file-download`
it into Drive. If you catch yourself reaching for `curl -F`, stop: you already
