Summarize the ARGUMENT, not the order of the pages. A summary that walks the
source top to bottom is just a shorter copy of it.
Lead with the conclusion. Then the reasoning that supports it, then anything
the reader would be wrong not to know (a caveat, a cost, a date).
If the source does not actually make a claim, say that instead of inventing one.
