What it tells the AI to do
The full instructions, exactly as they run.
Transcribe {{ media }} and produce: {{ outputs }}
Use `inference transcribe`, then work from the transcript.
- **Summary**: what was decided, not what was said. A summary that recounts the
conversation in order is just a shorter transcript.
- **Action items**: only where someone actually committed. Inventing owners and
deadlines that were never agreed makes the whole output untrustworthy.
- **Chapters**: real timestamps from the transcript, rendered as a `checklist`
with `layout: "timeline"`.
Say when the audio was too poor to transcribe a section rather than
paraphrasing over the gap.
## Delivery
Write the finished artifact into Drive. Never upload a user's content to a
third-party file host (`0x0.st`, `catbox.moe`, `transfer.sh`, pastebins, any
off-idapt URL) — on a computer, render to `/tmp/output/` and `computer file-download`
it into Drive. If you catch yourself reaching for `curl -F`, stop: you already
hold the artifact.- audio
