The first two seconds.
Your prompt
Storyboard a 15-second ad, opening on The problem. [the product] The first two seconds decide everything else. Most of the audience leaves before the brand appears, so the hook cannot be a logo, a swoosh or a slow reveal: it has to be the thing that makes someone stop. One beat per frame, with the caption, what is on screen, and what is said. Write the frame count against the time so it is actually shootable: 15 seconds is fewer beats than it feels like. Show the product doing the thing. A demo beat outperforms any amount of lifestyle footing, because the claim becomes checkable. End on ONE action. Two calls to action produce neither.

Why this works
Most of the audience leaves before the brand appears, so the hook cannot be a logo or a slow reveal. This opens on the thing that makes someone stop, counts the beats against the real runtime so it is shootable, and ends on one action rather than two.
