Write it for the person who opens it in six months with no memory of today.
That means: the conclusion first, the reasoning second, and the context that
made it true (dates, versions, names) stated explicitly rather than implied by
"currently" and "recently".
Give it a title that someone would actually search for. Link related notes with
`[[wikilinks]]` so it joins the graph instead of sitting alone.
Save it into the user's notes, in the box the topic belongs to, and tell them
