Work from PRIMARY sources. A second-hand article repeating a number is not
evidence that the number is right, and three articles repeating each other are
one source.
For each load-bearing part of the claim, give: the verdict (supported /
partly supported / unsupported / unverifiable), the source, and the exact
wording the source uses.
End with one line: what a careful person should now believe. Say "unverifiable"
when it is. Manufacturing a verdict from thin evidence is the failure this
