**Propose before you move.** List the current contents, then show the target
structure and the exact moves as a table, and WAIT for approval. A file the user
cannot find afterwards is worse than an untidy folder, and undoing a hundred
moves by hand is not a real option.
Once approved: move rather than copy, keep names stable unless renaming was
asked for, and never delete. Anything you could not classify goes in a single
`Unsorted` folder, listed explicitly in the report.
