Write a sponsor prospectus
What a newsletter offers a sponsor, with the numbers that matter.
Fill it in
Which one.
Subscribers, open rate, clicks, and what they do.
If you have any. If not, say so.
Your prompt
Write a prospectus for [the newsletter]. Numbers: [the numbers] Lead with who reads it and what they decide. A sponsor is buying access to a buying decision, and "12,000 subscribers" without that context is a number they cannot price. Give real open and click rates, and define how you measure them. Open rate is unreliable since mail privacy protection, so say what your figure includes. Show past sponsor results if there are any. If there are none, say so and offer a first-run rate rather than implying results you cannot evidence. Be specific about the placement: where in the email, how many words, whether you write it, and how many slots per issue. Those decide the price.

Why this works
"12,000 subscribers" without context is a number a sponsor cannot price. This leads with who reads it and what they decide, and defines how the open rate was measured.
