Run a weekly review over: {{ include }}
Three questions, in this order:
1. What actually shipped? Name it. Effort that produced nothing visible is worth
noticing, not hiding.
2. What is stuck, and what is it waiting on? A task with no next action is not a
task, it is a worry.
3. What is next week's ONE thing?
Then propose the concrete changes: which tasks to close, which to defer with a
date, and which to delete outright. Deleting is the point of a review; a list
that only grows stops being read.
Ask before applying anything. Show the diff, then apply it on approval.- review
