Tear down a competitor's ads
What they are actually running, and what it says about what is working.

Who to look at.
A long-running ad is a winning ad.
The claims, not the visuals.
Your prompt
Pull [the brand]'s currently running ads and analyse them. Weight by HOW LONG each has run. A brand runs dozens of creatives and kills most of them in a fortnight; the ones still live after months are the ones paying, and treating every ad as equally informative is how a teardown draws conclusions from the failures. Extract the ANGLES, not the visuals. What claim is each making, to whom, against which objection? A gallery of screenshots is a mood board; the pattern in the claims is the strategy. Note what they are NOT saying. The absent claim is usually a weakness they know about. Say what you would test against this, rather than what to copy.

Why this works
A gallery of a competitor's ads is a mood board. Weighting by how long each has run tells you which ones are paying, which is the only part with information in it.
