Write a competitor battlecard
Where you win, where they win, and what to say when it comes up.
Fill it in
Who you keep losing to.
What you sell and where you genuinely differ.
A battlecard with no concessions gets ignored by the people using it.
Your prompt
Write a battlecard against [your against]. Us: [your us] Start from where the deal is actually lost, not from a feature grid. Reps do not lose on the feature list; they lose on price, on an existing relationship, or on one capability the buyer has decided is non-negotiable. Say plainly where the competitor wins. A battlecard with no concessions is ignored by the people carrying it, because they have all just been in a call where the customer was right. For each objection, write what to SAY, in words a person would use out loud. Not a position, a sentence. Mark anything that is time-sensitive with the date you checked it. Half a battlecard's content is wrong within six months and the wrong half is invisible.

Why this works
Reps do not lose on the feature list. They lose on price, on an existing relationship, or on one capability the buyer has decided is non-negotiable. This starts there, says plainly where the competitor wins, and writes what to say out loud rather than a position to hold.
