Score a sales call
A consistent scorecard, plus coaching that names the moment.
Fill it in
A recording or transcript.
Your methodology, if you have one.
With the timestamp, not a general note.
Your prompt
Score this call. Criteria: [your what good looks like] Measure talk ratio, question count, and how much of the call was spent on the customer's situation versus the product. Those three predict outcomes better than any subjective read, and they are checkable. Cite the MOMENT with a timestamp. "Could have listened more" is not coachable; "at 14:20 they answered a question that had not been asked yet, and the buyer never finished the sentence about their renewal" is. Pick two things to work on, not nine. A scorecard with fourteen amber ratings changes no behaviour. Say what they did WELL and why it worked, specifically.

Why this works
"Could have listened more" is not coachable. This cites the moment with a timestamp and picks two things to work on rather than fourteen ambers.
