Audit your email flows
Which flows exist, which overlap, and where the revenue is leaking.
Fill it in
What is currently running.
People in three flows at once get four emails a day.
The ones with the clearest payback.
Your prompt
Audit the flows. Find the OVERLAPS first. Somebody who signed up, browsed and abandoned a cart is in three flows at once and receives four emails on a Tuesday, which is where the unsubscribes come from. Nobody sees it because each flow looks reasonable alone. Check the exit conditions. A cart flow that keeps sending after the purchase is the single most damaging bug in lifecycle email, and it is invisible from inside the flow builder. Name the missing flows, ordered by payback rather than by how standard they are. Report revenue per recipient, not open rate. Open rate stopped meaning anything when mail clients started prefetching images.

Why this works
Each flow looks reasonable alone, which is why nobody sees that one person is in three of them and gets four emails on a Tuesday. This finds the overlaps and the exit conditions.
