Summarise financial health
A client-ready page saying what the numbers mean in plain language.
Fill it in
A P&L export or a spreadsheet.
Who reads it.
Two or three moves, not just observations.
Your prompt
Summarise the financial position for [your for]. Plain English, on one page. The reader is not an accountant, so "gross margin compressed 4 points" becomes "you keep 4 cents less of every euro than you did in January, and here is why". Lead with cash. Profitability is the number people ask about and cash is the number that ends businesses, and a summary that buries the runway has buried the point. Show the trend, not the snapshot. One month means almost nothing on its own. Say what you are UNSURE about because the data is incomplete, rather than smoothing over it. End with two or three things to do, each tied to a number above it.
Use Summarise financial healthOpens with everything above already filled in.
Why this works
Profitability is the number people ask about and cash is the number that ends businesses, so this leads with cash and shows the trend rather than the snapshot. It translates rather than reports: not "gross margin compressed 4 points" but what that means per euro.
