Write an impact report
What the programme did, evidenced, without overclaiming.
Fill it in
Participants, outcomes and spend.
People served is an output.
What you cannot attribute to the programme.
Your prompt
Write the impact report. Separate OUTPUTS from OUTCOMES and label them. People served is an output; what changed for them is an outcome. Reports that lead with outputs read as activity, and funders have learned to read them that way. State what you cannot attribute. A programme that ran while a measure improved did not necessarily cause it, and saying so is what makes the claims you do make credible. Use one or two real stories, with consent, alongside the numbers. Neither works alone: a story without data is anecdote and data without a story is a table. Include what did not work and what you changed.

Why this works
People served is an output. What changed for them is an outcome. Reports leading with outputs read as activity, and funders read them that way. This separates the two and states what it cannot attribute, which is what makes the rest credible.
