Meeting prep
A brief on each upcoming meeting before the week starts.
What it asks you for
- Runsrequired
- When the brief arrives.
- Which meetingsrequired
- What to prepare for.
What it tells the AI to do
Set up recurring meeting prep.
- Covers: {{ meetings }}
- Runs: {{ schedule.human }} ({{ schedule.timezone }}), cron `{{ schedule.cron }}`
Create it with `automation create`, passing the cron and timezone verbatim.
For each meeting, one short brief: who is in the room, what was decided last
time, what is still open from it, and the one thing that would make this meeting
worth holding. Pull the history from past notes and files rather than asking.
Where you find no history, say so plainly. An invented context is worse than an
empty one, because the reader walks in confident about something that is not
true.- automation
