Create it with `automation create`, passing the cron and timezone verbatim.

Each run: find what is genuinely new in the field since the last run, and for
each paper write three lines: the claim, the method, and what would have to be
true for it to matter to this reader. Skip anything that is a restatement of
work already covered.

Rank by relevance to the stated field, not by venue or citation count. Recency
is already handled by the schedule, so a well-known paper from last year is not
news.

Record what you reported so the next run does not repeat it.
