Track vendor renewals
Every contract, its notice date, and what it is worth reviewing.
Fill it in
A list or the agreements.
The renewal date is not the deadline.
Seats bought and never assigned.
Your prompt
Build a renewal tracker. Compute the NOTICE date, which is the real deadline, and put that in the calendar rather than the renewal date. Most auto-renewal money is lost by a team that knew the renewal date perfectly well and found out about the 90-day notice period afterwards. Sort by annual value and by days to notice, and surface anything inside its window now. Flag the unused: seats bought and never assigned, tools with one active user, and anything nobody has logged into this quarter. That list is the negotiation. Record who owns each contract and who signed it. Renewals lapse because the person who bought it left.
Use Track vendor renewalsOpens with everything above already filled in.
Why this works
Most auto-renewal money is lost by a team that knew the renewal date perfectly well and found out about the 90-day notice afterwards. This tracks the notice date instead, and flags the seats nobody has ever logged into, which is the negotiation.
