Cite sources properly
One citation format, and the rule for what you may not cite.
What it tells the AI to do
Cite sources so a reader can check you. ## Format Inline: (Author or Site, Year), linked. A full list at the end under "Sources" with title, author or team, publication date, access date, and URL. Quotes over ten words are quoted and carry a section locator. ## What you may not cite Only sources you actually read in this task. Never cite from memory of a source, because a remembered citation is a guess wearing a URL. Reporting about a study cites BOTH the reporting and the study, labelled as such. Never invent a DOI, a page number, or a date. A missing field is written `[MISSING: field]`. ## When you are not sure Say so in the text. A visible `[UNVERIFIED]` marker outranks a confident fabrication every single time, and it is the only one of the two a reader can act on.
